Benefits:

No hassle to set up an in-home network
No installation of expensive Ethernet cables and drilling throughout your house in order to setup your home network. The BiPAC 2073N uses the electrical wires from the outlets in the house. To start networking, just press “Sync” button to install the bridge utility and your high-speed network is ready.

Mobility and better coverage
With an integrated 802.11n Wireless Access Point, the adapter can bridge wireless connections of up to 6 times the speed and 3 times the coverage of an 802.11b / g network devices. It supports a data rates up to 300Mbps and is also compatible with 802.11b / g equipments. The WDS technology can extend your wireless coverage so the family anywhere in the house or your neighbor may share the same network without any visible wires.

Immunity from noise and intervention
Unlike others, the device supports superior and noise-immune data transmission over in-home electrical power lines. Even at the moment your family turns on an electronic device or turns off a light, you won’t experience any interruption to latency-sensitive applications such as multimedia or video being shared with your family in another room.

Smooth traffic and prioritization
Quality of Service control guarantees the transmission quality by automatically prioritizing data. The BiPAC 2073N automatically recognizes the bandwidth requirements from voice and video applications. TV and video images are received and displayed smoothly in high quality. QoS also guarantees a clear and instant transmission of voice data, even when other applications are running on the network at the same time.

You can feel free to select one of three different modes - Lazy, Bridge, or Repeater Mode in the drop box of WDS function according to your network environment.

    Lazy Mode
BiPAC 2073N can identify the main router/APs and automatically connect it without additional setting. It appears to bridge and accept wireless clients at the same time.

    Bridge Mode
BiPAC 2073N performs the traditional bridging function to extend the network. The throughput from the relay station will not be effected.

    Repeater Mode
BiPAC 2073N acts as repeater and AP at the same time and interconnect to main router/AP with MAC setting.
